The Knowing

If you knew better you’d do better

Right?

But that isn't the case.

As you if you had the knowledge

But still made the mistake

It’s not that you lack the intelligence

It’s just the overpowerment of ignorance

But with life there comes lessons and second chances

There are some changes you gotta make

And it’s a challenge I'm willing to take

Everybody wants to be the greatest

If we all want the same thing

Why don’t we work together to attain it

Cause the way seems is

We all burning bridges

In hopes of lighting our way

But to make it, there’s always a price to pay

Can’t always run the easy route out

Because it’ll creep up on you without a doubt
