Knowing and Feeling

How are you feeling, doing, living? Fine whatever I guess, well I've been better Usually happy, upbeat, optimistic, singing Having a smile for days and towards others Bring happiness by helping others when theyre down But lately feeling well, I dont know Mixed emotions has been all around Swarming like bees and I'm dodging like "whoa" Not that I've been having a rough life Or making bad decisions upon myself But its situations that bring the strife Things I dont deserve but they must be dealt I trying to think "what did I do" Nothing comes to mind, my conscience clear My mind sweetly questions the heart, "whats wrong with you?" The heart responds with a IDK, the mind is confused saying "oh dear" True when said "bad things happen to good people" They get ignored, ostracized, and lied to But prayer comes to calm, and the answer is ever so subtle The mind reminds the heart of more important things saying "dont worry, I got you"
