Knowledge is Power

Knowledge is power and power is life

Though all of it can be taken with one short stab of a knife

In the world of knowledge schools and libraries rule

It is the force that makes the technology of the world go

It’s the thing that keeps millions alive each day

Advancements in fields like medicine and agriculture

For the mind knowledge is a fuel

Without it the effects would quickly show

We would never even make it to next May

Without knowledge there would be no culture

Because a life without knowledge is a life not lived

And there are so many questions for which the answers have not be derived

A world without knowledge is not a world I want to be living in

It is what gets me up in the morning and what keeps me up at night with excitement

Everyday knowledge is growing more and more

Flooding from the minds of men as an everlasting river

Without it we wouldn’t be making enough food for people to have a double chin

We wouldn’t have made stronger foundations for our buildings out of cement

The power of knowledge is not something that we should ignore

One person may only be able to grasp a sliver

Life is power and power is knowledge

Make a good choice and go to college
