Knuckles Kiss my Face

These bruises are love marks,

from where his knuckles kissed my face

My locked door is lovely,

he wants to keep me safe

My deleted contacts are for the better,

I only love him anyway

Compliments disguised as insults,

he's just too in love to say

I never ask him why he does it,

I am never filled with doubt

"Because I love you,"  he responds

Him, I cannot do without
