Kremlin P

Kremlin Puppet

Follow the puppet lines to the Kremlin

To locate the villain who pulled the strings

To put in the President, whose voice sings

For fossil fools to fuel his party’s spin.

With Putin internet power sure to win

Hungry hearts fed with lies, rumors and stings

To tie up democracy’s eagle wings

With deceit to destroy the discipline

Founded on the politics of belief

In pure reason and rational debate.

We have lost how to critically read

Between the lines spoken by a true thief

Whose words boil, bubble, and prey on hate.

Does our country lack the talent to lead?
