L I S T E N

I'm trying to tell you, I am,

but you won't

LISTEN.

your cold heart

blocks all emotion.

LISTEN TO ME.

gone. They all are.

your selfishness drove them

away.

PLEASE LISTEN.

cold white, a hospital.

your fault.

Numbing accusations

frigid voices

ice glares.

YOU DIDN'T LISTEN.

They say, "no hope"

machines, glowing green

devices, beeping.

Monsters eyes, monsters screeches.

HE'S GONE.

You are to blame.

It doesn't matter.

You never loved him anyway.

Walking away, numb

denial

denial

denial

anger

denial

DESPAIR.
