True Wisdom

¹³ Who is wise and understanding among you? By his good conduct he should show his works done in the gentleness that wisdom brings.

¹⁴ But if you have bitter jealousy and selfishness in your hearts, do not boast and tell lies against the truth.

You are quoted often and you hold up very well

For conservative reasons don’t call the LA Times

Truth has to wiggle and that I know you can tell

A struggle on the narrow path to keep this heart of mine

You’re infected with many deceptions in a full stampede

Why do you have to cross stateliness on your way to death?

The Pacific is so close but the Atlantic seems your need

 So you and the NY Times can reside in the same nest

You made your ”own“  heaven a pit for what is right

You lowered most good standards to your pool of mire

It is no good to oppose you as you win almost every fight

with all your assigned orphans on the way to a lasting fire

Compared with a fragrance lab your smell can’t compare

Also your mil-dewed odor lingers aimlessly quite a bit longer

I guess your foundation has been built on some other fare

as in the towns and cities around you still a constant hunger
