All labels, just words arranged in a certain order that means everything, yet nothing.
Words that mean judgement, wrong, or...whatever its decided to be used for at the moment.
Some labels help, whereas others are meerly a tool created by bullies.
People can't seam to make up their minds, too much thinking or not enough...
The proper balance is so hard to locate...
And then you find the balance!
You are so excited!
but balance is set off key once again as the scales change, teachers chage, authorities change, assignments change
Dysgraphia...Did I spell it right?
Must the spelling be so complicated?
Must the deffinition be so complex and unclear?
A label given another label of "diagnosis"
A label paid for, and so called proven...unless someone disagrees.
A label that CAN be helpful, CAN provide tools to success, CAN point you in the right direction
Yet again a single bow and arrow CAN be used to catch dinner, but only in the hands of a skilled archer
Stupid may be a word practically banned yet can be brought up in other forms.
"smart student would be doing the opposite"
a phrase that can be taken in a few different ways,
brain auto-translating to Stupid or other synonyms.
scraping, clawing at your self esteem
ripping out your hope
driving anger
"How could she"
"He has no right!"
distracting from the true purpose of the sentence to hint at what mind-reading task the teacher expects,
the help hidden in the phrase
one can brake down in tears of despair or anger...
such simple words can contain so much confusion
ecspecially when people don't agree on the deffinition.
But only YOU can affect the labels
Only YOU can accept or deny the judgements
No One can hurt YOU without YOUR Allowance.
