Lacrosse

He is the captain.

He is the leader.

He keeps the ball close in his net.

His stick yells in excitement when coming closer to the goal.

He runs the speed of lightning.

Everyone far behind.

Mud flinging like rain under his feet.

Sweat sliding down like a river.

Shirt full like a puddle.

A long stick swinging towards his way.

Just almost outside the white box.

The goalie is ready for action.

He leaped like superman into the air.

His stick ready to whip the ball into the goal.

Swish, as the ball skimmed the surface of the goals net.
