Lady Winter

The snow was like a blanket

that covered all of the land.

The wind was a young lady,

humming her favorite tune.

The ice so fragile,

yet so tough.

The air was like an air conditioner

wrapping all of the Earth in its breath.

The cold temperatures were colder than the Arctic,

or so it felt.

Winter has brought a gentle and fresh aroma all around.

Heya! I'm a 17 year old plus size trangender dude living in rural South Dakota. Crazy, right? I started getting into poetry just recently when I started the poetry unit in class. I love horses, Transformers, and LGBT rights! Feel free to talk to me! I don't bite!
