Land of the forgortten

I stand alone in a sea full of enemies A proud young marine sent to protect the american dream Behind enemy lines I notice no one stops to even look at me i try to fight i try to shoot But my fist and my bullets just go through I try to run but i don't move i try and speak but my tongue won't move I long and wish to be set free To eat the foods i loved to eat to see loved ones I've longed to see I but it seems they've all forgotten about me they've moved on with their lives guess there's no place for me Im in the land of the forgotten i just wished they'ed remember me
