The Landowner and the Architect
The architect showed the young landowner her blueprints.
Oh, how beautiful this house would be!
The landowner couldn't be happier with his grand house,
his new home would be a work of art and he loved it so.
Oh, how beautiful this house would be!
The next day, the dashing landowner paid the architect a visit to add to his structure.
His new home would be a work of art and he loved it so.
“I wish to add another floor to my beloved home,” and so the architect added another.
The next day, the dashing landowner paid the architect a visit to add to his structure.
He was still not satisfied and wanted more
“I wish to add another floor to my beloved home” and so the architect added another.
“You must be careful of how much you ask of me,” warned the architect.
He still was not satisfied and wanted more
“I want my home to be made of glass,” demanded the landowner.
“You must be careful of how much you ask of me,” retorted the architect.
“I hired you and you will do as I say!” shouted the landowner.
“I want my home to be made of glass,” demanded the landowner.
A rumbling came from the house and the landowner yelled at the architect to do something
“I hired you and you will do as I say!” shouted the landowner.
“You asked too much,” replied the architect.
Oh, how beautiful this home would have been.
