The Last Battle

The lasers were flying

The ships were soaring

Droids we’re trying

And the sky pouring

Just as the clones were about to push through

There was a name called, and I said “who?”

It was my mother calling for dinner

As I put down those toys, I called back to her with joy

Little did I know, that would be the final battle

Years later, I’d pass the toy down

To a cute little one, with a bear and a raddle

It was then I knew

I’d grown up, as I left my town
