LAST BIRTHDAY WISH

Sun, 02/03/2019 - 13:47 -- Chem

Tied up and so tired
Life feels all tangled
More like a spiderweb
Something I can't untangle
Wanted it to be the first
Unfortunately it is the last

One would say
You are the last thing on my mind
A fact it may be for now
But hear this
If I were to loose my memory this instant
You would be the last I ever had
If I were to depart this instant
You would be the last thought I ever had
And the last of all the world's knowledge
Since the day we both knew how to cry

You came like a hero
Born as an heir
Walked like a learder
Strode like a comrade
Now an acaccomplice
Whatever charges they hold
We are guilty as charged
We shall Forever be brothers
