The Last Time
I remember the last time I saw you.
Graduation not yours nor mine,
But our sisters.
We were there standing on the field
Families a few feet apart.
Congratualting our siblings on a job well done.
I looked at you for a while,
Then no more.
Knowing then that it would be the last time.
That I smiled, saw you, or even felt happy.
