last words
The tears feel as I heard the news
I leaned against the door frame confused
This can't be happening
This be true
I closed the door
Not front about the woman on the other side
This isn't get fault
It was mine
but she can't be gone
My mother loved me
And I loved her too
Though the last words I said to her
Was I hate you
Said in anger
Thought of with regret
Though they're not true
I can't take them back
She drive from my house
With tears in her eyes
Not knowing that
It would be her last drive
A petty argument
Cost her her life
Self-hatred filled my heart
I screamed in despair
My heart was broken
beyond repair
