Late dark nights

Late dark nights

 as dark as coal

Nights like this I ask myself

What I am worthy of?

Lying in my bed I think

I estimate

I fall and I raise

For better

or for worse

Everyone fails

But my failure is the worst

Late dark nights

 as dark as coal

Nights like this I ask myself

What I am worthy of?

For my mother I am everything

For everyone I am nothing

No one will make me fall

No one will make me stop

I own my own life

I own my smile

Late dark nights

 as dark as coal

Nights like this I ask myself

What I am worthy of?

I deserve everything!

Each day I survive

Each day I become better

In this world

Where no one understands me ever
