late night thoughts pt. 1.

 sept twelve. 8:06 pm.

“...daunts me.”

she thought.

“the reasons why people may be infatuated with all the wrong things in life. the way people get excited over a number in the virtual world. or how they declare their worth. it saddens me knowing how vast and alluring this world is- yet nobody gives the world a chance to prove it. nobody really fathoms the fact that we are all so lucky to be where we are, when we are. i crave and desire a day where i can wake up in a world that sees the world the way i do. if they did, they would breathe slower, love harder, and experience something more than waking up and living a conventional, periodic life. oh my. if only. they would comprehend the beauty of it all, the sadness and the joy without a second thought. they would ask themselves why they were missing out so much and how they wish they can take back the time where they were worried more of the likes on a photo than the stars in the sky. i would want them to just- get it. but no matter how much i shout and yell - they never will.”

she thought.
