late nights seem to be

late nights seem to be when

her deepest thoughts are revealed.

as she tells each & every story,

her heart slowly begins to heal.

as she sits up through the night,

while many are in a peaceful sleep,

her mind wanders to a place

that's just way too deep.

she see's her true self,

her inner fears, & desires.

a girl full of love &

outrageously burning fires.

her weapons of mass destruction

are of course pen & paper.

every word she writes down

is simply written to save her.
