Laughter is Healing for the Soul

Laughter is healing for the soul,

that's the medicine that I have chose.

Needless to say that I'm ok,

afterall, I did laugh today.

Wondering why I may be depressed

half the time I'm stressed

when I know I'm blessed.

Why do I let the little things bother me?

That's how I am

I hate it

I HATE ME.

You can't tell, can't see

that's because I hide,

hide behind my laughter

THAT keeps me going

from day to day.

Have you laughed today?
