Lava

Lava

I’m not very keen on lava. It’s not really my cup of tea

I don’t mind lava in Iceland at all but I don't want it coming near me

Lava incites a palaver- its messy and smelly and hot

And if it gets inside your shoes God forbid it can make your toes sting quite a lot

No, I don't really recommend lava. No, not for a quietish life

It just such a silly distraction you see and can really unsettle my wife.

I don't like the thought of some lava, getting into my bedroom at night

it's this kind of worrying and troublesome thing that can give one terrible fright.

And now I cant walk down the pavement

For fear I might step on a crack

And fall headlong to the lava below

with no way to ever get back

Lava should stay in volcanos. it should stay where its meant to be

not being a great inconvenience and faff, or delaying a gentleman's tea
