Walking aimlessly, we are wondering where it began

Surroundings blend as one, holding tight on our breath.

We don’t know how much farther we can stumble

With no strides to step with or footprints to follow in,

There isn’t much hope, but no one has stepped in.

All but one stay quiet and meek.

Strong yet humble, she steps to the front,

Leading us through what we thought would never end.
