To Learn and Dream

When one looks toward the sky, they see

an opportunity to become all

that they were told all their lives they can't be.

"Regardless of how hard you try, you'll fall."

These words mean nothing now; I understand

that there is more to life than what they say.

I've found that what I need is something new:

something to learn, think, try, wonder all day,

something to find, know, discover, work through.

I cannot live without something to learn

because I'm passionate for the unknown,

for without awareness, I'll crash and burn.

To sum it up, all I truly will need

is to learn and become a better me.
