Learn the hard way

What’s the percentage of success
When Feelings derail me
Motive Is fact, fiction is the test
Failure indeed, jumping in thoughtless
Every fucking step is fifty fifty I guess

Playing life’s hand with high stakes
Destination Roulette or forfeit
Sacrifice a trade to pay for mistakes
Doesn’t matter, take the hit
Justify an excuse, make it legit
Stand up or let fate make or break

My shrink is aggravated
He doesn’t have a clue
Who knew all ends are complicated
My train long left its track
Their ain’t no commin back
Giving up likely anticipated

Trust is expensive
Lay low your guard
Deceit builds a wall of defenses
Hide from false pretenses and faces
Be on top your best game
Am I the one getting played

Try to cheat, become a loser
Money doesn’t buy answers
Cuts and bruises guaranteed to hurt
Is this what’s normal
Life’s a constant gamble
No comfort in these empty words

Losing control is no option
Hands tied rule out escaping
Judging eyes keep watching
Time is persistent and unfair
Ticking sirens fill me with fear
Screaming loudly in my ear

Buy the ticket tonight
Make the call, Stop debating,
What’s the difference what’s right
What will you lose if you keep waiting
No directions, im lost and quickly failing
