Learning to Exhale (The Struggle of Comparison)

I hold my breath

So confused

So scared

The beginning

Always holds the trouble

Part of the path

Still holding my breath

As times go by

Stress is in my brain

And I don't no why

But just as the lightheadedness

Starts to begin

I see the loveliness

Of the light that shines within

My vision becomes clearer

And I start to relax

As I see the end of the stress

And the overwhelming mask

That I see as a result

Of only one thing I do

This is the time

Which is the moment I decide

To Exhale

To be Me

And I stop trying to be you
