Learning how to use my Wings

Learning to spread my wings Breaking away from the bad things Higher and higher I fly Sun shining so bright Must get more of this light There goes the bad along with the sad Here comes the good along with the understood Flapping those wings Getting to better things Opening arms to love Closing doors to hurt Here I come Here I come Shining away brighter than the sun Saying good-bye to the ruins No one can stop me now No one can push me down Ready to be just me Done with the past B’s Higher and higher I fly Wind blowing through my hair Nothing but fresh air Farewell to those who never cared Be ready to stop and stare Cause here I come shining away Leaving my mark everywhere
