Learning Maturity

As kids we laugh, play, with worry free thoughts

Time is an unfamiliar concept to the young

As we grow though, life consumes us for better or worst

The teenage years are times of change and adjusting beliefs

We must all change and become mature, we must all “glow up”

All glow ups are not the same, some are a result of rough and bad times

While others are seemingly only physical

Glowing up is when you see your family struggling, falling apart even,

and letting your childish ways go Opting to help others,

be mature and becoming an adult

My glow up was not only physical but almost entirely mental

The new look and physique is nothing without a new mindset.
