Leaving the Left

Left alone in the dark to starve

alone and forgotten

never cared for always torn , torn like a leaf in a fall storm.

Never understood, They all tried but never could

left alone in the dark, like the night you said It'll be ok just pray.

Nothing was “ok” that day when they took you away

Now I'm lonley with no one to talk to except him, but he's not you.

I told him to go but he said “No” because he promised not to hurt me like they did you.

Wishes NEVER come true, but if they did I know I would have you.

I screamed and yelled but they told me I had to chill

Leave me here in the dark, let me starve.
