Leaving the light on

I know at times it's dark in there,

voices calling, thoughts racing, paranoia mounting...

but remember we always leave the light on.

when the anger comes, the irrational thoughts begin to take over, despair mounting...

just remember we always leave the light on.

This family of yours doesn't care about the many facets of you,

we know it's what makes you shine ...

and the one constant is remembering we always leave the light on...
