It’s okay Darling/Keep your head on your spindly shoulders/Look up/into that light in the bathroom/glossy floors and cracked mirrors/this is love right?/Drowning in those bowls of Lucky Charms/Made of iron and Shadows/Right?/Spend your mondays vlogging/go to coachella without your romeo/dress up in flowered rompers and sunshine/Catch that boys eye/Go home and smoke up/hot box your room/just like you used to/alone/drink away your problems

it’s okay darling/Screw your eyes into the broken bulbs in the living room/pay your rent three weeks late/pay a little something to keep the landlord off your back/Play those loud indie songs/pretend you’re aurora and sleep all ------- Day/Spend thirty minutes on your makeup/only to cry it all off/scream at that mirror/it never loved you/telling you you’re ugly since the third grade/get into your beat up car/head to that bar/hide from the lipstick wearing wolves

It’s okay darling/Run three miles every day/you’re doing good right?/”----’s got a new love”/Sugar smile/”That’s wonderful”/Spiral/run harder/beat yourself because no one else is here to do it for you/call your parents/call your brother/”Get over it ----- It’s been months”/Laugh/”You’re right...You’re right”/Drink til you pass out/smoke til it’s all out/waste these years and this wonderful life/with your bloody mess of a heart/you know how it goes/porcelain was made to shatter

It’s okay darling/don’t get up/no/no/stay there/you’re not strong enough/let it beat you/let it hurt/in the end/you’re going to burn/It’s okay darling/this drink will be your last/send ---- another text/tell ‘em you love ‘em/laugh/cry/fall apart/it doesn’t matter/right?/walk the streets with your bottle/only friend/fall asleep in that ditch/it’s okay darling/you’ll wake up soon/nothing’s going to hurt you now/nothing’s gonna matter/You tried/Right?
