Left alone, in despair.

In the faith that I had in you, you turned it into a mistake.

In despair, you left me. You turned your ends over to some other, and left me hopeless.

In an understatement you were never good enough, or in some twisted sense I was never good enough.

Years spent through tears. You moved on, when I couldn't.

I witnessed your success first hand. For when you graduated top of the class, you didn't even notice that I was you mentor.

Always there, to guide you.

I gave my heart to you, and in return  you left me with scars.

I took a chance with my heart, and you just took over, and in the darkest way you could.

I never really could understand the reason you left, but I knew it was clear to the world why you did. Withholding the only fragile thing that I ever had close to me, you threw it down hard, to shatter and leave me in despair.

My love for you was for nobody else.

Your love for me was just a scam.

I tried  so hard for you to see me, but just like the  rest of the world you never noticed.

You never did let my love adorn you, every time I tried, you neglected it.

You were the top of my world, and in the end you dropped me out of it.

They say being in despair can kill a person, I guess since you felt guilty for causing my despair, you didn't show up... At my funeral.
