Left behind

Who am I? What will I be?

Life is so short; why can't I see?

I spend my days scrolling away.

Why can't I wake up? I want to see your face.

Our time is limited; I'm moving to another place.

When I finally realize, it will be too late.

If only I could stop. Suppose I could look to our future and see.

I'm sorry I didn't spend the time I had.

I'll look at our memories fondly, even though they were cut in half.

I love you, with all I have.
