Left Wanting More


She takes a deep breath

Wishing he had not left

Left her alone

Left their life

Cold, sad, tears

 

As the waves hit the shore 

She begins to want more

More sunshine

More warmth

Love, laughter, joy

 

And now she is left

Wanting more
