The LEGO

What may I ask is a LEGO?

Is it a means of pleasure?

Or to pass the time from the get-go?

No, it is a much greater treasure.

With a LEGO, kids learn precision

Also, that it's okay to be bored

Their brain's new pathways help with division

And towards their future they march onward.

With intrepidation they tackle many builds

For hours and hours go by fast,

Their growing brains cannot be stilled

Though most often their creation they outlast.

In the end when all is said and done

They can look back and say "Wow, I had Fun!"
