Lemonade
A trickle of cold liquid,
It rolls down your throat.
Tartness on your tongue,
It shrinks up your face.
A rough grain of sweetness,
It sticks to your tooth.
The sheen of sweat,
It fades away.
Lemonade.
On a hot summer day.
