Lenses

Growing up is something we all must do,

Whether we are prepared for the task or not.

Once it comes, it allows us to enter a new point of view,

seeing through advanced lenses, putting us right on the spot.

Instantly, we are expected to be matured,

To have a plan showcaseing the route we've desgined for our life.

Because once we've hit that age, our lifes are supposed to be secured.

But what they dont know, is that mentally, we are stuck in a stife.

We shouldnt feel stressed to grow up,

But life is hitting us with a million obstacles that we cant face.

Making us wish we could backup,

Slow down time, allowing us the chance to brace.

But there is no time, we have to grow,

Try to be prepared for whats to come.

Life doesnt stop, it continues in a constant flow,

A flow we have to be okay entering, because growing up is something we must overcome.
