Leo
I remember it like it was yesterday,
Before I wrote this poem about you while in the summer rain,
Noticed you but never bulit the courage to ask,
How you doing didn't wanna be just another in class,
How we started talking fate by mistake,
I forgot our first encounter and never took note,
And when we started talking I guess it struck me again,
Flashback aura's intertwine near city of gold,
I know I'd be just another admirer,
Watching the same movie countless others reviewed,
The deepest message all hidden inside of her,
But unlike many others I refused to be consumed,
I know you got your heartbroken and now your extra cautious,
But all I ever wanted was to make you my queen,
As I lose my voice reciting;heart pounding 808 in my chest,
I realise that everything really ain't what it seems,
I too have succumb to trusting the unknown,
And now I have a permanent scorch mark of my own,
Don't believe it's 4th degree straight to the bone,
But it's hard to see the truth when those tears fall from your soul,
Noticed or not I continued my quest,
Knight in shining armour but merely a robin hood,
Steal from the rich just to give to the poor,
And it's all in the name of this so called good,
This journey of mine isn't close to being over,
Neither is yours we still got a lot life left to live,
My wondering soul pondering what it knows,
When this feeling worth more than all the money and gold,
