A Lesson For All Mankind

The years of discrimination spread far and wide across this nation with brooding eyes of the oppressed with no one man to open or confess that equality was a not a choice to be made it was a right from the start and should have stayed But then the tides, they did change,and people began to see that was was done, was not meant to be people of white and black and yellow and brown stood up for the right that they knew now To think back on those days so long ago its easy to judge and ask, 'What did they know?' but the power of change is not to be overlooked it was a riot ,a stand, a victory in our books because to stand up for your right and what is right its a fight this was a lesson for all of mankind
