Let it go
Why do you deliberate on the rain?
It never aims to refrain but merely to obtain
Your thoughts as you drift away under its vain rage
Just let it be and let you and me take in this we
And then see how wonderful something can be when its free
Its breath, whether hot or cold holds you within
And folds you into you
And leaves you bold enough to wander off
In search for love or hope..
Or something of the sort so you can cope
And still feel as though you live.
Its waters will shower you of all your past devours
And erase all the worries you face
So you can indulge in all your fantasies
And dream all your dreams
And believe you believe in you without disparity
So once more, take in that breath
And wipe someone else’s tears
And hold someone else’s fears
So when the rain comes you can let it all go
Into the air and still be there and still not care
But still know that you’re as far as you can go
So stand in the rain and let it rain on your soul
