Let it out

That moment when you want to cry, but you're somewhere you cant You want someone to help, but no one is there You don't know what to do All hope is gone Sorrow comes and feels the mind with the nightmares of shame says you're to blame plays a sick game by calling your name then taking aim into your soul that's now a burning flame You seem tamed But you're filled with rage Yet you're quiet silent not actually violent or causing riots look in you're mind, the angers inside it Maybe you should stop hiding it.
