Let Me

Let me live another life
Let me be somebody else
Let me break out from this strife
Let me be anyone but myself

Help me help you hate me
So I can finally escape
Help me help you leave me
So I can see me to my fate

Let go of my existence
So you can hang on yours
Because I have no resistance
I’ll see myself to the door

Let me break away from life
Let me disappear
Let me do my final deed
For death I no longer fear.
