Let me be a child.
I made a poem for the man who hurt me. I finally spoke out against all my fear and worrying when I was 12.
“ LET ME BE A CHILD”
LET ME BE A CHILD,
So my hair can sway.
LET ME BE A CHILD,
So I can spend a carefree day.
LET ME BE A CHILD,
So I can be happy as I pray.
LET ME BE A CHILD,
So that my childhood can stay.
LET ME BE A CHILD,
Please dont touch me today.
LET ME BE A CHILD,
until im old and grey.
LET ME BE A CHILD,
I don’t want to live in fear today.
LET ME BE A CHILD,
It's been nine years I can say.
NOW IM A CHILD,
He finally got locked away.
