Let Me Be Me
I love you because
You let me be me
You let me laugh as loud as I can
You let me run and jump on you, as if I haven't seen you in years
But it has been an hour
You let me smile as often as possible
And you make me smile as often as possible
You answer my endless amounts of questions
Even though you hate questions
But most of all
You help me be better than I ever was before
