Let Me Go

Let Me Go

Like wandering specks of dust, fighting in moving air for freedom.

Let me go was the sole slogan, recited to evade relationship boredom.

Like cheeky chipmunks choice, of cheese from milky cream.

The letting go was as hurtful, as a nightmare dream.

With the conflicting interest as stream of flowing river water,

Letting go was painful, as reading a heartbreak letter,

As it can kill person's dream, built together like a love nation,

Reaching a point of no return is pure poison,

'Coz letting you go as you did kill,

But passing days provides me antidote to confide and heal,
