Let Me Take Your Pain Away

Let me take your pain away I can't bear to see you in those hospital clothes surrounded by empty walls Let me take your pain away Let me kiss your scars Give me your burdens and I'll carry them for you Let me take your pain away You're beautiful and you need to see it I'm going to show you Let me take your pain away You're better than this Than the hospitals and medicine and therapists Let me take your pain away There's a light at the end of all this I'm going to hold your hand the whole way and take you to it I'm going to take your pain away
