Let there be a stairway to heaven

I wish there was a stairway to Heaven, I would climb forever to reach beyond the clouds I wish there was a phone to reach the one I love to hear their voice above the angelic crowds I wish their was a telescope connected to heaven so I could wave hello to se them smile back at me would bring the alleviating comfort that I need let their be mail between earth and heaven, so I can write a letter if my letter could just be opened I would finally be freed But at last their is no stairway, no phone, no telescope, nor mail. Just know I will only go on if you promise you're still with me I will follow you till the end of time my love and I trust you will leave a trail.
