I told myself

To let you go

I begged for a call

I knew wouldn't come tonight

I laid my heavy heart to bed

With you in my head

And I sank

Deeper then before

And as I waited 

I knew I couldn't do it anymore

You broke something in me

Something deep

I learn 

To unlove you

In my own time

But for now

For today

I'm stuck

I'm caught by you

Like a vice

And I remind myself

To breathe steady

And hold tight

I still miss you like hell

At night

In one swift blow
