Let your Grey Eyes Go Silver In Mine

I cannot tell you of the desire, The need to lay my lips upon your brain, Hold your smile in the palm of my hand, Hush your modesty with a long kiss, Rise with music notes lovely and grand, --But true I say, I cannot say. My mouth won't open to ask you this: Let your grey eyes go silver in mine, Let your white fingers run 'cross my skin, Let your gorgeous mind relate to mine All its worth, and I'll show you my worth; And tell me your heart, But I can't ask.
