Letter 2 my ex- By Kevin Umba

At one point, you were candy to my eyes, now poison to my spirit

All the unconditional love and care I cherished, you no longer merit for you take my love for granted

I Abruptily had to pull the plug on our "relationship" cause you were dealing with your ambivalence

concerning me, whether you love me or not, I gave you an ultimatum, it's either me or its one for the birds

and I'll rip that necklace carved with your name on it, four months no longer mean jack cause its a blur

Sick of succumbing to the three generic words "I love you" when your love is low budget

Selling me woof tickets professing your desires virtually

but won't showcase the same energy in reality

I wish to take back all the sweet nothings I said

Got me in the state where i don't give a damn no more

Now I'm steady looking for alternatives to get you outta my head

You'll regret the day I rise to prominence

as I will stand tall through the fog in all my essence and glory

diminshing your presence to a humbled peasant
