A letter is all it takes,

to make or break your day.

To make or break you. 

A letter written with

love, hope, anger, tears.

To whom it may concern

to my love, to you from me. 

A simple piece of paper with ink, 

dribbled around the center.

To read what's on the page,

or to read between the lines. 

Just a little something to think on,

or writte 'cause they're thinking of you. 

A simple letter, 

takes too long to be sent

And not long enough to be written.
